1) I was the largest investor of the Grand Canyon Skywalk \u2014\nthe award-winning, beautiful glass-bottomed bridge cantilevered over the edge\nof the Grand Canyon \u2014 at nearly 25% ownership.\nThen out of the blue the Hualapai Tribe (whose land the Skywalk is built\non) claimed imminent domain, and I lost millions.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) I also bought a lot of land around the Skywalk with big\nplans to develop it.\u00a0 When the Hualapai Tribe\ntook our Skywalk away, my development plans collapsed and the land itself\ndropped dramatically in value.\u00a0 I lost many\nmillions more.<\/span><\/p>\n
